There is a memory stored in our bones
before we ever learned to explain it.
We feel a disconnection when we pull away,
when we step out of the living pulse of the world
and try to survive inside plastic wrappers and fragile bubbles.
We forget that we are not observers looking in from the outside.
We are the land itself, alive with its energy
Showing how nature mirrors itself across everything that lives.
The branches inside your lungs
take in air the same way trees reach for sunlight.
The veins of a leaf
follow the same paths as rivers cutting through valleys.
The seeds on a strawberry,
no different than the bumps that mark your legs.
Every part of you has a place.
Nothing about you is separate from the earth.
When the world demands that you change or shrink yourself,
it cuts you off from the natural wisdom your body has,
trying to force a disconnection.
The earth does not rush its own timing.
A forest does not question the way it grows.
The tide moves back and forth naturally,
guided by an invisible pull it never tries to fight.
We carry that same inner knowing.
Your intuition holds an older wisdom that the world cannot erase.
The voice that speaks without using words,
a deep ability to ground you when everything else feels out of alignment.
When you close your eyes and listen to the rain falling,
you are listening to a voice your body already knows how to hear.
That inner voice pulls you back,
reconnecting you to the earth beneath your feet
and washing away the distance the world created.
And standing in that space,
She now knows she has belonged to this world all along.
