He can give you light.
He can give you childlike innocence,
fairytales,
princesses and princes.
He can give you mornings,
rays of sunlight,
white lace.
But he would sacrifice you for the world.
I could give you night.
I could give you starlight,
passion,
queens and kings.
I could give you evenings,
dancing in the dark,
black satin.
And I would burn the world to the ground for you.
