I should finish my book, but I found this other really cool one! Oh wait, right after school I’m going to get Starbucks with Kaila! I completely forgot! I should take my brother’s temperature, he is getting sicker and sicker each day. 102.4? No way can he go to school like this. Where did my socks go? Where did my rain jacket go? Where did my phone go?! I swear, my socks were on the back of the couch two minutes ago! Oh my gosh Riley! “Bad dog! Give those back!” Too slobbery. I have to get new socks now. Whew, there’s my jacket. My Phone! Omg where is it?! Get my shoes on fast! My phone! Finally! What’s Kaila texting me about? She’s cancelling till next Monday? I cancelled my soccer practice today for this. Kaila! Get out the door! “I’m out, Mom!” Run to school. Maybe you’ll get there before 8:15 if you run. Oh my gosh, it’s already 8:07. I woke up at 6:30! Where does the time go? My water bottle side pocket is not holding it. “Oh hi, Mrs. Donovan! Good luck with your new puppy!”
